Dear Mr King,
I am a very proud and enthusiastic user of point2 software. It is a great creation and
I feel there is tremendous potential to earn revenue with this so easy to use software for Real Estate Professinals from India including Developers and Builders and Property managers.
With most advertising and leads being generated over the net and with the exponential growth of this trend , I would wish Point2 set up India operations as there is no competitor to this service in India. To begin with an awareness campaign is much needed for the Indian Community to join into the world of P2A and this can be done in a very cost effective way over the Internet itself by placing a few Banner Ads on Indian Relty Portals which are being much used for Real Estate Business. I would be more than happy to see a few Banner Ads of Point 2 appearing on some leading Realty Portals such as http://magicbricks.com , Per Square Yard , 99Acres.com , http://www.realestateonline.in/ , http://expatriates.com . and many more.
The real advantage of point2 comes when more agents use this for listing their properties and it evolves into a community with the powerful handshake feature which is the Real Ace Trump card of Point2 according to me.
Rightnow Indian Realtors are simply adding their listings repeatedly on each and every classifieds website and portal offering Free Postings and surely they would love to understand that my merely wtining in one place on theeir very own p2a website it would syndicate over so many sites automaticaly and that too where it matters to get leads.
Second very important issue I wish to communicate is the poor quality of p2a Standard agent sites on acount of not being able to easily work around to setting up and using all the feaures available. I wish to take up this task on behalf of Point2 in Pune , India by way of suggsting that you offer a system of Franchised and Authorised Trainers in the setting up and understanding of Point2 software for beginners and Computer novices. Rather than allowing junk sites to be collected in the Directory , Point2 should automatically eliminate sites setup and not used or listings not being added. If you see the Indian Agents Directory you will find over 60 percent empty p2a sites which should not have ny place in the homes.point2 directory at all.
Only agents actively updating and using the software should be allowed to remain in the homes.point2 directory.
With regards
Pankaj Sampat

Thanks Pankaj, we really appreciate your comments. We are going to make changes to our directory to require a minimum performance index for participation. In the new year we will be in a better position to do work that will help people in other countries take advantage of the P2A platform.
Hi,
Dear Brendan and Pankaj….. Some more sites I have seen on internet that target Indian real estate market, these are http://magicbricks.typepad.com/ , http://www.indianrealtynews.com , http://www.inrnews.com , http://www.indianrealestateforum.com/
All these sites are for information only…. They don’t sell or buy any property but you can find latest happening news on Indian property market form these sites
I think these sites are the good resource to update yourself …. I have seen many of Indian real estate or point2 sites owner take the news from these sites and make it online in their sites…

Why can’t we login to accounts on the East Coast during the hours of 4-5 EST? it happens nearly every business day. We have severla premium accounts and professional accounts, it seems access to the back office bandwidth is EXTREMELY low during these certain times of the day.
Brendan,
Please contact me at your earliest convience to discuss some business opportunities we might share.
